The session on How to Face An Interview was conducted with the objective of helping the student teachers to equip themselves with the requisite information and skills to enter into the placement process. The session was conducted by Dr. Jaya Cherian on 16th December 2024 for Second Year B.Ed students. The importance of preparing for an interview to the best of their abilities was emphasized during the session, as this is a crucial opportunity for them to present themselves as most suitable for the job as well as the organization. The session highlighted the aspects to be considered by focusing on the different stages of an interview. The student-teachers were oriented regarding a few likely questions that are usually asked during interviews and how to answer these questions. The session concluded with a discussion on the queries raised by the students regarding interviews and likely questions.
