PCER Chembur, in collaboration with Soroptimist International Bombay Chembur, observed Human Rights Day on 4th December, 2024 by hosting a workshop on the “Prevention of Sexual Harassment at the Workplace.” The interactive session, held at 11 a.m. in Room 401, aimed to raise awareness, promote sensitivity, and empower individuals to foster a safe and respectful work environment. Ms. Gia Alvares, Programme and Outreach Officer at Red Dot Foundation SafeCity, served as the resource person for the workshop. Participants engaged in insightful discussions on combating workplace harassment and the importance of creating a supportive workplace culture. The session was well-received, emphasizing the need for proactive measures and education in preventing harassment.
