On 13th July, 2024, Ms. Dharti Latke from the alumni batch of 2020-22 conducted an insightful session on conflict resolution for F.Y. B.Ed students. The session began with identifying skills essential for overcoming conflicts, followed by a puzzle activity emphasising the importance of calmness and the potential harm of instant decisions. A discussion activity focused on NEET provided a platform for collaborative problem-solving. Finally, students were presented with classroom scenarios to apply conflict resolution measures, reinforcing practical application of the skills learned.
