The ‘Rang De Diwali’ Rangoli competition was organized by the CCA team on the 23rd October, 2019 in the Multipurpose hall of PCER Chembur, at 3.30 p.m.
The competition was a group competition, the theme being ‘Diwali’. There were 8 groups participating in the programme. Each group was allocated space marked for the rangoli. The students worked on their designs and the Diwali feeling was in the air. The students were not in a competitive spirit as they were seen helping each other, sharing their colours with those who didn’t have some shades.
The spirit of camaraderie and festivity was seen all over the place. The judges for the event Dr. Swasti Dhar and Ms. Parveen Arif were impressed with the designs and found it difficult to decide on the winners as each one displayed the essence and spirit of Diwali.
The Principal and teachers appreciated and congratulated the efforts by the students who had participated in making the ‘Rang de Diwali’ competition truly colourful.
