PCER Chembur celebrated International Mind-Body Wellness Day on 3rd January, 2025 with an interactive workshop. This day is celebrated to promote the importance of mental and physical health, and to encourage people to adopt healthy lifestyles. The workshop focussed on the connection between the mind and body, and the importance of holistic wellness. Need for physical routine, mindfulness, and healthy eating for mind body balance were discussed. The students were led through various different types of basic breathwork techniques and guided meditation for stress management. Students were encouraged to try the various self-care and relaxation techniques highlighted at the end of the session.
