On the 1st July, 2024, the students of Pillai College of Education and Research, Chembur (PCER Chembur) participated with great enthusiasm in the National Doctors Day celebration. On the day of the event, the students visited their family doctors to present self made thank you cards. In addition to this gesture, they took photos with the doctors to capture the memorable moments of appreciation and celebration.
The students also took the opportunity to interview their doctors. These interviews delved into various aspects of the doctors’ professional journeys, including: reasons for choosing the medical profession, favourite aspects of their profession, opinions on the current NEET crisis, qualifications and years of experience. Their efforts not only honored the doctors but also provided a valuable learning experience, bridging the gap between the future educators and the medical community.
