The Red Dot Foundation and U.S. Consulate General Mumbai jointly organized a Round Table Discussion “Democratic Futures – Youth for Change” on 9th August, 2024, at Dosti House, BKC, Mumbai. Faculty members Ms. Surekha Chidambaranath and Ms. Athira S. R., along with students Ms. Naela Qureshi and Ms. Pravalika Rapolu from F.Y.B.Ed., actively participated in the discussion. The conference explored the dimensions of youth participation, identifying both obstacles and opportunities. By convening students and faculty from diverse institutions, the event sought to cultivate a deeper understanding of the vital role youth can play in democratic governance and social justice. The experience was highly rewarding for both faculty and students.
