On 5th December, 2024, FY BBA students attended a Seminar titled “Career Opportunities in Insurance Industry” organized by the Insurance Institute of India at Bandra-Kurla Complex, Mumbai. The event highlighted the dynamic growth and transformation within the insurance sector, emphasizing digital advancements and regulatory changes. Esteemed speakers, including Mr. P. Jaipuria, Secretary General of III, and Mr. Asit Rath, CEO of Aviva India, shared insights on the diverse career opportunities and requisite skills for thriving in the industry. The seminar also addressed the integration of insurance education into academic curricula. Students gained valuable knowledge about evolving roles in the insurance sector and its potential as a rewarding career path.
